The rooms are modern and stylish, with comfortable beds and excellent showers. The staff were friendly and even gave us a free drink each and a handwritten birthday card in our room. The breakfast buffet was a decent size, and they allowed us to extend our parking until 1pm.

The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the city center and all the coffee shops and small shops that this city has to offer. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with plenty of room for three or four guests. The breakfasts were delicious, with a fantastic choice of items to choose from. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel very comfortable during our stay.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city, as it was close to the main tourist attractions like the Minster and the Railway Museum. The bed was excellent and provided us with a comfortable night's sleep. We were pleasantly surprised to find a parking space at the hotel, despite being initially told there was no parking available. The full English breakfast offered a good variety of options, including pastries, cereals, and a choice of hot or cold drinks.

The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the center of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our check-in process quick and easy.

The central location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore all the sights of the city. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. They even made a special effort for my birthday, upgrading our room and providing a lovely surprise. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of hot and cold items. We were especially impressed that they had gluten-free bread available.
