The hotel facilities were great, with an indoor/outdoor pool and jacuzzi, as well as a yard for BBQs and playtime for the kids. The staff running the kids' activities were friendly and helpful, making our 3-year-old feel welcome. the on-site restaurant was delicious, offering both dine-in and take-out options.
For us, the cell signal was quite poor during our stay.
We loved the room, it was clean and well-maintained. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the beautiful Lake Tahoe. We also appreciated the variety of nearby dining options and the convenience of having a full kitchen with utensils.

The staff was friendly and made sure I was comfortable. The rooms were clean and had a kitchenette equipped with all necessary utensils. The fire pits outside and the hot pool were very nice. The view of the lake from my room and the pool was excellent. The location was close to the marina, shops, and restaurants.

The location was perfect, right by the lake and within walking distance of Heavenly Village. The parking was convenient and I had no problems finding a spot. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was prompt and professional.
